At the Engineering Design Center, we have 2 conference rooms that fit 4 to 10 people each and include a large work table, whiteboards, TV for presentations or group calls, TV camera mount, computer, keypad and mouse, and an HDMI cord accessible to plug in your own device.
Conference Room Policy:
The conference rooms may not be reserved for more than 1 hour per day. If you don't occupy the room within the first 10 mins of your reservation you will forfeit your reserved time. The conference room may not be reserved consecutively by the same individual/team. You must vacate the meeting room after your reservation has ended. Failure to follow this policy or any of the Engineering Design Center Policies may result in suspension of your access to the conference rooms and/or the Engineering Design Center.
